What we collect

When you register for one of our webinars or events (for example via a LinkedIn Event registration form), we receive the details you submit — typically your name, email address, and job title or company.

How we use it

We use your details to:

• send you access details, reminders, and follow-up materials for the event you registered for;
• tell you about Lead the Room programmes and future events we think you'll find useful.

That's all. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else, except the service providers we use to run events and send email (for example our email and webinar platforms), who act only on our instructions.

Legal basis

We process your details on the basis of your consent (you gave them to us when registering) and our legitimate interest in following up with people who registered for our events.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you ask us to remove them, or until we no longer run events like the one you registered for. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link — one click and you're off the list.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you can ask us at any time to:

• see the details we hold about you;
• correct them;
• delete them;
• stop using them for marketing.
